We’re excited to be participating in our first Winterlicious culinary event! Brighten your February with colourful and crave-worthy dishes influenced by countries bordering the Mediterranean Sea including Greece, Turkey, Israel and Lebanon. Led by Chef Rosalin Keshishian, this interactive and family-style culinary event will showcase the region’s most celebrated ingredients, flavours and techniques centered around the use of Babel’s 8-foot open hearth.
Feast on a four-course meal of shared platters of briny olives and pickles, vibrant salads punched up with citrusy dressings, pillowy flatbreads generously slathered with traditional dips and spreads, and main dishes of meat, fish and vegetables cooked over an open flame. Get your tickets today!
